( 1 ) 活動推廣期
會員推薦計劃 （以下簡稱「本計劃」）推廣期自 2025 年 05 月 01 日起，本公司保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本計劃的權利，恕不另行通知。
( 2 ) 參加資格
推薦人必須為現有有效會員，並擁有專屬推薦連結。被推薦人須透過推薦連結成功註冊成為會員，且資料真實有效。推薦人及被推薦人不得為同一人。
( 3 ) 獎勵內容
3.1 新會員註冊獎勵
被推薦人 (新會員) 透過推薦連結註冊成功後，即可獲得 HK$ 50 購物金獎勵。該購物金自發放日起計，有效期為 60 日，逾期未使用則自動失效且不可延長。
3.2 推薦人獎勵
當被推薦人完成首次訂單且訂單狀態更新為「已完成」，且該訂單淨消費金額（訂單小計扣除折扣、購物金及點數折抵後，不含運費及附加費）達 HK$ 500 或以上，推薦人即可獲得 HK$ 50 購物金獎勵。推薦人獎勵購物金將於被推薦人訂單完成後的系統結算時間內發放。購物金有效期與新會員獎勵相同，為 60 日。
( 4 ) 購物金使用限制
購物金僅限於本店使用，不可兌換現金、轉讓、退款或找贖。購物金不可用於指定排除商品（如聯乘系列及其他指定貨品）。 購物金不可與其他優惠同時使用，除非另有明確說明。
( 5 ) 其他條款
推薦人及被推薦人須保持會員資格有效且無欠款，否則獎勵資格將被取消。若發現任何舞弊、欺詐或不當行為，本公司有權取消相關會員的獎勵資格，且不另行通知。每位推薦人可獲得獎勵次數不限，但本公司保留調整上限的權利。本計劃所涉及的所有獎勵均以本公司系統記錄為準，如有異議，概以本公司最終決定為準。本公司保留隨時修改本條款及細則及終止本計劃的權利，修改後條款將於本店網站公布並即時生效。參加本計劃即表示同意接受本條款及細則之約束。
( 1 ) Promotion Period
The Member Referral Scheme (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme") promotion period starts from May 1, 2025. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
( 2 ) Eligibility
The referrer must be an existing valid member with an exclusive referral link. The referee must register as a member through the referral link, providing authentic and valid information. The referrer and referee cannot be the same person.
( 3 ) Rewards Details
3.1 New Member Registration Reward
The referee (new member) will receive HK$ 50 shopping credit upon successful registration via the referral link. The credit is valid for 60 days from issuance and will expire if unused.
3.2 Referrer Reward
When the referee completes their first order and the order status updates to "completed," with a net spending amount (order subtotal minus discounts, shopping credits, and redeemed pointes, excluding shipping and additional fees) of HK$ 500 or more, the referrer will receive HK$ 50 in shopping credit. This referrer reward will be issued during the system settlement period following the referee's order completion. The shopping credit maintains the same 60-day validity period as the new member reward.
( 4 ) Shopping Credit Usage Restrictions
The shopping credit is valid exclusively for purchases made within our store (including both online and physical locations). This credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other accounts, refunded, or otherwise redeemed for monetary value. Certain product exclusions apply, including but not limited to co-branded collections (such as our crossover series) and other specifically designated items. Unless expressly permitted in writing or clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms, shopping credits may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional programs.
( 5 ) Other Terms
Both the referrer and referee must maintain active membership status in good standing with no outstanding balances. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the revocation of reward eligibility. The company reserves the right to cancel rewards and revoke eligibility immediately, without prior notice, in cases of suspected cheating, fraud, or any improper behavior. While referrers may earn rewards an unlimited number of times, the company retains the discretion to modify or impose limits on rewards at any time. All reward distributions and calculations are determined solely based on the company's official system records. The company's decisions regarding any disputes are final and binding. These terms and conditions may be modified, or the Scheme may be terminated entirely, at the company's discretion. Any such changes will be published on the company's website and take effect immediately upon posting. By participating in this Scheme, all members automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
